Everyone has their own way of getting ready for an interview-some practice questions, others focus on researching the company. What's your go-to strategy to feel confident before the big day?

i usually start by doing a deep dive into the company - checking their website, recent news, and even employee reviews to get a feel for their culture and priorities. then i practice answering common interview questions, but i focus on making my answers sound natural, not rehearsed. i also make sure to prepare a few thoughtful questions to ask them - it shows genuine interest. and honestly, a good night's sleep before the interview makes a huge difference too!

That's such a solid approach! especially thepart about making your answers sound natural. It's easy to overprepare and endup sounding too rehearsed, but keeping t conversational really helps build connection. I totally agree about the sleep too! a clear head makes a huge difference in confidence and how you come across.

That's a solid strategy. I especially like the part about making answers sound natural instead of rehearsed. Researching the company and preparing thoughtful questions really shows you care.
Do you usually practice with someone else, or do you prefer going through questions on your own?

The biggest confidence booster is a mix of preparation and mental rehearsal. I spend time really researching the company - their mission, products, and recent news - so I feel informed nad can tailor my answers. Then I practice common interview questions outloud, focusing on stories from my experience that show my skills and problem-solving. I also do a quick mindset check right before: reminding myself I've earned the interview and that it's a two-way conversation, not just an evaluation. Pairing preparation with a calm, confident mindset makes me feel way less jittery.

Yeah, I've actually tried Self and Grow Credit, and they've made a huge difference for me. Self was great when I was starting to rebuild my credit, it kind of forces you to save while improving your score, which I really liked. Grow rCedit is super easy to use too; I was surprised that just paying for my usual subscriptions could help my credit. I've also been hearing good things about Kikoff, seems like another solid option for small, consistent credit boosts without big risks.

I prepare by reading the job post/description a lot of times. Checking out the company's website and socials. Digging a little but about them. Making a list of question I want to ask. Getting enough of sleep. Making sure the camera and mic of my computer are working properly.
