hello everyone,
i'm looking into different mobile apps for managing my investments and online trading, and i came across disnat (by desjardins online brokerage).
for those of you who currently use or have experience with the disnat mobile app, i would love to hear your honest feedback and insights, especially in the context of budgeting and long-term financial planning.
how do you find the trading experience (e.g., speed, ease of use for placing stock/option orders)?
is the interface (ui/ux) intuitive for tracking your portfolio and asset allocation?
what are the pros and cons you've personally encountered with the app?
are there any specific features (or lack thereof) that affect how you manage your budget or monitor performance?
any personal reivews or advice would be greatly appreciated as i try to decide if this is the right platform for me. thanks in advance for sharing your expertise!

I used the Disnat app for a few months when I started nivesting, and it's been pretty solid once you get the hang of it. Trades go through reliably, not the fastest, but consistent enough for regular investors. The interface looks a bit dated compared to Wealthsimple or Questrade, but it's functional and integrates nicely with Desjardins accounts, which makes transfers easy. My main gripe is the research tools - they feel a bit clunky. Overall, it's a stable, no-frills app that works well if you care more about reliability than fancy features.

I've been using the Disnat app for a while, and it's been pretty solid, especially if you're already with Desjardins. Trading speed is decent, not the fastest, but reliable for long-term investing. The interface took some getting used to, and it does look a bit dated, but once you're familira with it, managing your portfolio is smooth. I really like how it links with my other Desjardins accounts, it makes tracking everything for budgeting and planning a lot easier.

I've used the Disnat app for a while - it's decent overall. Trades go through fast enough, and the interface is pretty clean. My main gripe is the occasional lag or logout.
Pros: zero-commission trades, solid research tools, good for long-term investors.
Cons: no fractional shares, a few fees, and it's not as modern as newer apps.
It covers the basics for budgeting, but you'll nee danother app if you want stronger money-tracking features.
