Money advice you wish someone told you sooner

Looking back, there are definitely a few financial lessons I wish I'd learned earlier - like the power of compound interest, keeping an emergency fund, or just tracking every single expense (even the small ones!).
What about you? Is there any money advice that would've saved you headaches, stress, or wasted money if you'd known it sooner? I'd love to hear your tips - and maybe pick up some new habits before it's too late!

I wish someone told me sooner that saving isn't just about how much you make - it's about how you manage what you have. For a long time, I thought earning more would fx my money problems, but learning to budget, track expenses, and set clear goals made a much bigger difference. I also wish I'd started building an emergency fund earlier - it gives such peace of mind.

I wish I'd understood how quickly debt adds up if you're only making minimum payments. I used to think small purchases didn' tmatter, but once I started tracking every peso, it was eye-opening. If I couldgo back, I'd start automating savings and investing earlier instead of waiting until I "felt ready." It's crazy how those little habits make a big difference over time.

For me, I wish I'd learned the importance of budgeting early on. Especially how small daily expenses add up fast. I used to just "wing it" with my spending, and it always caught up to me. Once I started using apps like YNAB or Mint to actually track where my money was going, it completely changed my habits. I also wish someone had pushed me to start investing sooner, even just tiny amounts.

Start saving now, even if it's a small amount. Waiting until you "have extra money" can turn into years of waiting. 😅
