There's a side line hustle that has the possibility of making extra income by providing business leads to brokers who work for private business lenders who provide business funding to small and large businesses. The larger the funding, the larger the commission paid to the lead provider.

Sounds like a referral/lead gen setup. It can pay decent if the deals actually close - but that's the key part. Bigger funding = bigger commission, but also way harder to land. Just make sure:

• You understand how/when you get paid
• It's legit lenders, not sketchy ops
• You're clear on compliance stuff

Could be solid side money, just gotta vet it first
